To become an IPSC Quebec member, you must:
- Be a resident of Quebec
- Follow the Black Badge certification
- Find a Black Badge Certification Course
- Contact the instructor responsible for the course
- The instructor will make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and reserve a spot for you. The instructor will tell you when to complete the form.
